Cute Is What We Aim For


Cute Is What We Aim For is an American band formed by high school friends from Buffalo, New York.

After a small tour, they signed with Fueled by Ramen, an indie record company, even without a manager and a bassist.

On 2006, recorded the first album, The Same Old Blood Rush with a New Touch.

After this album, they found a bassist, but he left the band months after. Then, comes another one, who left the band to, in March of 2008.

Anyway, they finished another album in the same month, Rotation, released on June.

They were part of the Simple Plan opening show with Metro Station and other bands to.

In September of the same year, the drummer left the band.

In 2009, they made part of the soundtrack of the movie Jennifer’s Body.

In the same year, the singer announced his solo career and two other members left the band.

But the band is not over. In 2010, they were making tours with other bands.

With now, three members, Shaant Hacikyan, Kevin Scoma and Mike Brady.
